LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Building organizational capacity and talent is a priority for us. We are working to earn an identity as a Learning organization. The L&DS will partner with leaders to facilitate staff development through learning and development initiatives. The L&DS will assess talent and workforce needs and lead the innovative design, implementation, evaluation, and reporting on development experiences. The L&DS will incorporate Rubicon’s values, beliefs, and principles into every L&D opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and deliver or source relevant and aligned training opportunities
  • Develop, implement, facilitate, and monitor training programs and vendors
  • Create and manage Community of Practice for each core competencies and develop training for Champions
  • Create testing and evaluation assessments and processes
  • Partner with leaders to assess and inform on aligning needs with strategic goals
  • Create reports and synthesize data
  • Use coaching practices for maximum growth and development 

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong relationship building and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Three years designing, delivering, evaluating, and pivoting on learning strategies, offerings, and adult learning curriculum; curriculum design background includes e-learning, bespoke, and customized learnings
  • Three years of managing multiple projects, deliverables, and goals simultaneously
  • Successful application of learning development theories and practices to support the achievement of strategic goals
  • Ability to select, analyze, and report on appropriate measurements, and metrics
  • Experience in group facilitation, coaching & leading individuals and teams in performance improvement activities that result in deeper impact
  • Knowledge of Coaching practices
  • Demonstrated leadership in advancing equity and promoting belonging

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • $65,000-$75,000 Annually/DOE.
